1997 Realtor® Of The Year, 2004 Distinguished Service Award

As a second generation Realtor®, Nancy grew up in the real estate business. She started as an after-school receptionist in her father's firm learning the business "from the ground up." Nancy obtained her real estate license in 1977, founded her own company with her husband, George, and some friends in 1983, and obtained her Associate Brokers license in 1985. Nancy has since earned the CNHSS (Certified New Home Sales Specialist), the GRI (Graduate of the Realtor® Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. A fete accomplished by fewer than 1% of all real estate agents nationwide. Nancy has served on numerous State and local Realtor® committees and has served two terms as a State Director for the east Metro Association of Realtors®.

George followed Nancy into the real estate business in 1978. He earned his Associate Brokers license in 1985 and became the Designated Broker of their company, 20/20 Properties, Inc., Realtors® in 1986. George earned his CNHSS designation in 1981, the CRS designation in 1988 and ABR designation in 1999. He has continued to serve on numerous State and local committees and is one of only two agents who have served two terms as Chairman Of The Board for RMLS®, the largest Realtor® owned Multiple Listing Service in the Northwest. George is currently the longest serving Director for that organization, is the Federal Political Coordinator to Congressman Earl Blumenauer for the National Association of Realtors® and served as the 1997 President of the East Metro Association of Realtors®. 

George and Nancy have been married 34 years and have two children. A daughter Ashley 23 and son Daniel 22. 

George, Nancy and their partners sold 20/20 Properties, Inc., Realtors to the Equity Group, Inc., Realtors® in 1995 (Now Re/Max Equity Group).  They stayed with that organization with George acting as Broker/Office Manager  for 2 1/2 years before opening their current company, Americana Properties, Inc., Realtors®.
